About South Florida Psychological Group

South Florida Psychological Group is the boutique practice of Dr. Tara Zuckerman, Psy.D., a licensed psychologist and South Florida native. This website introduces the practice, explains the services offered, and gives prospective clients a private, simple way to reach out and begin care.

The practice serves children, adolescents, young adults, parents, and families throughout Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, and the surrounding South Florida communities. Services include individual therapy, family therapy, mindful parenting support, gifted assessments, and specialized treatment for anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and life transitions. Consultations are also available for families and fellow clinicians.

Dr. Zuckerman blends evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with mindfulness and her yoga training to offer care that is both clinically rigorous and deeply human. As a boutique practice, every client receives unhurried, individualized attention in a setting of complete privacy.
